Bill Clinton sounds as though he were going to stop his Democratic Party from throwing money at every social problem that comes along. If he can stop the Democratic high-spending Congress, it will be the miracle of the century. Those of us who remember the 1930s know that a Democratically controlled Congress spawned a baby called deficit spending. Democrats have controlled most all of the Congresses since that time and each has nurtured the child well and it has turned into a dragon. Does Bill Clinton look like a dragon slayer to you?
