Kenneth J. Glancy, 66, a former executive vice president for Commercial Credit Corp. and a 30-year-resident of Country Club Hills, died Monday in his home. He is survived by three sons, Randolph, Kevin and Gary; a daughter, Catherine Pekoz; a brother; and six grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday in Baltimore.
