Working on: ”Stay Tuned,” a movie with Pam Dawber, about a couch-potato couple who make a deal with the TV devil, and a TV series with Markie Post called ”Hearts Afire.”

The last good movie I saw was: ”Patriot Games.”

I stay home to watch: CNN. I still can`t believe that Saddam Hussein and I watch the same TV show at the same time.

Favorite pigout food: Parsley.

Nickname: Thumper.

Favorite performer: John Lennon.

Favorite childhood memory: Going to Disneyland. I stayed up all night the night before, waiting for the sun to come up.

Nobody knows I`m: Totally naked as I`m doing this interview.

I want to teach my children: To lighten up.

My fantasy is: I`m a kid again with my kids.

The worst advice my mother ever gave me was: ”This needle won`t hurt.”

If I could change one thing about myself, it would be: My temper.

My most irrational act: Signing on with 20th Century Fox in 1985. I was one of the producers of ”Anything But Love,” with Jamie Lee Curtis and Richard Lewis, and the studio cancelled it. I always thought only a network would do that.

The best time of my life: My senior year in high school. I was student-body president. I was Boss Ritter. I had a little political machine going.

The worst time of my life: My freshman year in college. I was nothing, and I had to start all over again.

My friends like me because: I lend them money.

Behind my back, they say: ”It wasn`t enough.”

If I weren`t in show businss, I`d be: Dreaming about being an actor.

When people first meet me, they think I`m: A tall Caucasian.
