Ann Uphoff, 26, of Chicago, a systems analyst for Ameritech Service Inc. in Chicago, died Friday at the University of Chicago Hospital. She was a 1983 graduate of Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe, and a 1987 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington. She is survived by her parents, Donald and Elizabeth, of Washington, Ill; a sister, Beth, of Sleepy Hollow; and her grandfather. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Evangelical United Methodist Church in Washington, Ill.
