Dorothy E. Delfi, 49, a buyer for Marshall Field & Co. for 25 years, died of cancer Friday at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago. A resident of Chicago`s Northwest Side, Ms. Delfi first bought electronics and later bedding for the 25 Field`s stores. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela and Michelle; a sister; and a brother. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John`s Cantius, 825 N. Carpenter St., Chicago.
