Dr. Geoffrey Levy, 67, of Arlington Heights, a psychiatrist, died Thursday at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. Dr. Levy was in private practice and was associated with Northwest Community Hospital and Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. Survivors include a son, Jonathan; three daughters, Ruth, Naomi and Jennie; a grandson, Jake; and a sister, Marion Greenstone. Services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
