Timothy P. Collins, 45, of Libertyville, died Thursday at home. Born in Highland Park, he was a sheet metal worker at M-K Industries, of Mundelein.He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 73. Survivors include his wife, Donna; two daughters, Jennifer and Jill; four sisters; and two brothers. Visitation will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday in McMurrough Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph`s Catholic Church, 121 E. Maple St., Libertyville.
