Melvin I. Klein, 72, a World War II veteran, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Mr. Klein, who was a recipient of the Silver Star, was the owner of Klein Printing on the North Side until his retirement five years ago. Mr. Klein is survived by his wife, Sandra; three sons, Paul, Ralph and Earl; two daughters, Miriam Jensen and Sandee Segal; a sister; and 17 grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose Ave.
