The Village Board has re-approved the Carmen subdivision at Beck Road and Valley Drive.
The village had first approved the subdivision three years ago, but construction had not been started, which meant the developer had to seek re-approval.
Pennington Development Corp. plans to build homes worth $135,000 to $150,000 on eight lots. Development of the property was delayed because of the slow economy and because Pennington was completing other work, a spokesman said.
