Morrison Knudsen Corp. says it`s is part of a consortium that has signed a $150 million agreement with General Motors Corp. to design and build truck paint facilities in Moraine, Ohio. Morrison said it and its 50 percent partner, Detroit-based Durr Industries, will build the plant at an existing truck assembly facility. . . . Nissan Motor Co. has decided to use only U.S.-produced surface-treated steel sheets in its U.S.-made vehicles in 1993. The company now uses U.S.-produced steel for only 20 percent of its vehicles made here. . . . National Car Rental has changed its name to National Interrent and become part of a worldwide car-rental network using the Interrent name.
