Doreen Powell, a former media buyer at Wells Rich Greene BDDP, a New York advertising agency, has filed a racial harassment complaint with New York City`s Commission on Human Rights, alleging that Powell, who is black, repeatedly was harassed by her white female supervisor. Agency officials would not comment on the pending complaint.
