John P. O`Shea, 76, a recently retired public health administrator in Chicago, died Friday in his Near North Side home. Born in Eyeries, County Cork, Ireland, he graduated from the University College in Cork. He was a former Franciscan priest of the Capuchin Order. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Amy Martin; and two sisters. A private service is planned.
