John P. O`Shea, 76, a recently retired public health administrator in Chicago, died Friday in his Near North Side home. Mr. O`Shea, born in Eyeries, County Cork, Ireland, graduated from the University College in Cork. He was a former Franciscan priest of the Capuchin Order. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Amy Martin; and two sisters. A private service is planned.
