Cecelia Betzel, 76, a resident of Hooppole, Ill., and formerly of Chicago, died Monday in Geneseo, Ill. Survivors include two daughters, Carole Garrity and Laura Gerber; two sons, Thomas and Harry III; 11 grandchildren;
and four great-grandchildren. Services will be Thursday in Hooppole.
