In reference to ”. . . Bush snagged by abortion query” (Aug. 12), I find it absurd that President Bush`s response that he would argue against abortion for a pregnant granddaughter but ultimately support her is interpreted as waffling on his pro-life stance.
I heard him saying, ”Love the sinner, hate the sin. . . .”
