Robert L. Andro, 81, who owned and operated Andro`s Drug Store at Madison Street and DesPlaines Avenue in Forest Park from 1947 until 1962, died Wednesday in Lexington Health Care Center, Elmhurst. Mr. Andro, who had lived in Forest Park, was also the manager of a Walgreen`s on Wabash Avenue in the Loop before opening his own store. His late wife, Vivien, who helped him operate his drug store, was Forest Park`s first commissioner of traffic and safety. Mr. Andro is survived by two daughters, Nancy Svoboda and Mary Lou Moran; a son, William; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Bernardine Catholic Church, 7246 Harrison St., Forest Park.
