Patsy Esposito, 52, of Chicago, died Saturday in Mercy Hospital. Mr. Esposito, a Chicago native, worked as a circulation truck driver with the Chicago Tribune for more than 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Darlene; a son, Mario; a daughter, Dina; five brothers; and a sister. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Blake-Lamb Bridgeport Funeral Home, 544 W. 31st St. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Santa Lucia Church, 3022 S. Wells St.
