The developer of the Herron Harbor subdivision has promised the Park Board of Commissioners it will build a park at the subdivision.
Herron Harbor, a largely single-family residential development on the south side of Antioch will include a soccer field, pavilion and parking lot in the proposed 8.5-acre park.
