Henry E. Wilhelm, 85, a retired partner with the Newton, Wilhelm, Kenny and Pusateri law firm in Chicago, died Wednesday in his Lisle home. Born in Des Moines, Mr. Wilhelm received his law degree from the Loyola School of Law in Chicago in 1931. He lived most of his life in Chicago and retired in 1972. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, and a sister. Mass will be said later.
