Occupation: Actor/comedian.

Birthday: April 22, 1961.

Birthplace: Detroit.

Current home: Los Angeles.

Marital status: Single.

Car: A sky blue 1967 Ford Mustang.

Working on: ”The Byron Allen Show.” I wanted to call it ”The Oprah Winfrey Show,” but that name was already taken. It`s a comedy-variety show-” In Living Color” meets David Letterman-premiering tomorrow on ABC-TV.

The last good movie I saw was: ”Boomerang.”

The books I`ve been reading: ”In All His Glory,” about William Paley, the founder of CBS, by Sally Bedell Smith, and ”Succeeding Against the Odds,” the autobiography of John Johnson of Johnson Publications.

Favorite performer: Sammy Davis Jr.

Favorite childhood memory: Sitting around the living room with my dad, listening to comedy albums. He loved Flip Wilson and Bill Cosby.

Prized possessions: My tennis shoes.

I`m better than anyone else when it comes to: Getting to a parking meter five minutes after I`ve gotten a ticket.

I`d give anything to have met: The real Elvis.

The worst part of my job is: Having to say good night when the show is going great.

My fantasy is: I`m playing checkers with E.T.

The one thing I can`t stand is: When people say, ”This milk smells sour, taste it.”

People who knew me in high school thought I was: Crazy. I was a practical joker, the class clown.

My most irrational act: When I was a kid, I snuck on the set of ”The Tonight Show.”

If I wasn`t in show business: I`d be proofreading M&Ms.

Major accomplishment: Figuring out at a young age what I wanted to do.

My most humbling experience: My first time on stage as a comedian. I bombed.

When people first meet me, they think: ”He`s got a lot of energy.”

Three words that best describe me: Funny, outrageous and happy.
