Carol Moseley Braun says she believes she did ”everything in accordance with the law.” Should a woman that does not know what tax evasion is have a public office? What kind of trouble could she put our state in with her lack of knowledge?
Mary Schmich (Tribune, Oct. 7) was correct to ask about Braun`s inability to grasp basic situations/problems. Schmich wrote, ”We`re lazy if we don`t at least ask ourselves if, in our rush to make history, we have the right candidate.”
