Occupation: Actress.

Birthplace: Houston.
Current home: Los Angeles.

Working on: ”Love Can Be Murder,” an NBC-TV movie to be aired in December, and promoting my clothes for Kmart and my fragrance, ”California.” the title of her TV show has been changed from kindred spirits to:
”Love Can Be Murder”
The last good movie I saw was: ”Regarding Henry.” I liked the innocence.
Favorite pigout food: Hamburgers.
Favorite performer: Vivien Leigh. ”Gone With the Wind” is my favorite movie and she was magical.
Favorite childhood memory: My grandfather pulling up in front of our house in a car full of watermelons. He was a Methodist minister, and I have a clear image of him in his seersucker suit and straw hat.
Personal heroes: My parents and grandfather. They`re what the American life is about. They had morals and ethics and values, and they stood up for them. My house was such a safe and happy harbor I really had to push myself to leave.
Every New Year`s I resolve: To spend more unstructured time.
Nobody knows I`m: A practical joker.
I`m better than anyone else when it comes to: Cleaning. I`m a compulsive organizer. I love neatness.
My fantasy is: Living someplace where you can leave the car unlocked, some place with small-town values.
The one thing I can`t stand is: Sarcasm.
If I could change one thing about myself, I would be: Less of a perfectionist.
My most irrational act: I went to the airport to fly to New York. My children were seeing me off. They were wearing shorts. I said to the nanny,
”I`m going to miss them.” She said, ”Life is short.” So I took them with me and bought them warm clothes in New York.
Behind my back, my friends say: ”She`s a little eccentric.”
When people first meet me, they think I`m: Approachable.
Three words that best describe me: Mother, actress, daughter.
