Members of Egyptian Women in Film, an organization that supports and promotes women in all fields of cinematography, will travel throughout Egypt`s countryside this month, showing films by women on subjects including personal hygiene, the importance of getting an education and the difficulties that arise when a woman marries early and has children. The goal is ”to use film to teach and help them,” says Magda, an Egyptian actress, director and producer known only by her first name, who heads the group.
