Ruth Imhof, 29, a worker at the Rhodanus AG factory in the Swiss Alpine town of Naters, near Zermatt, is the winner of the ”Courage `92” prize, worth about $7,000, from the Swiss magazine Annabelle. Imhof led the fight at Rhodanus to raise wages of female workers and to introduce flexible working hours.
