Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Co. has closed the sale of 887 miles of branch lines in Kansas and Oklahoma. The previously announced sale was to Central Kansas Railway Inc., a subsidiary of Denver-based holding company Broe Cos. . . .
