David J. Foltz, 50, a Waukegan firefighter, died Friday in his Waukegan home. He was a Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by a daughter, Deana Lowry; a son, Jason; his grandmother, Frances Koncan; a sister; and a brother. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Anastasia Church, 624 Douglas Ave., Waukegan. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
