Boat slips and lots on the shores of 230-acre Round Lake will be offered at Lakeview Estates, a development planned for 47 single-family homes in Lake County.
Three furnished models are scheduled to open in April at the 10.5-acre project to be built by Mundelein-based Lake Shore Developers.
Ranch and two-story designs will be available at Lakeview Estates. The two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,490 square feet and in price from $129,900 to $179,900.
Financing is available through Majestic Mortgage Corp. of Mundelein.
The floor plans will be designed to provide maximum views of the lake and beach area. Architect is Johnston Associates of Park Ridge.
Lakeview Estates is on the west side of Hainesville Road, about a half-mile north of Washington Street in Round Lake Park.
