The Metro-North Commuter Railroad in White Plains, N.Y., is offering dinner for commuters. Freshly prepared microwaveable meals will be available at some stations on commuter lines out of New York City. “Gourmet to Go” meals of fish, chicken, meat or pasta will cost $6 to $12 and be available daily from 4:30 p.m. until sold out.
