Paul Joel Bilek, 52, of La Grange, Ky., died Thursday in Tri-County Baptist Hospital there. He was a Chicago native and national account executive for Quaker Oats Co. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; three daughters, Lori Handley, Gina and Lisa; a son, Paul; his mother, Bernice; a sister; a brother; and three grandchildren. Mass will be said Monday in La Grange.
