Carol S. Banick, 54, an accounting supervisor, died Friday in Columbus Hospital. Until last year, Mrs. Banick, of Deerfield, was an accounts payable supervisor for Baxter International and Caremark, a former division of Baxter. She is survived by her husband, Dean; three daughters, Laura, Paula and Pamela McNett; a son, Ted; and a sister. Services were held Sunday.
