Norbert Duba, 83, of Libertyville, a retired employee of the Frank Hough Co./International Harvester Corp., died Saturday in Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Survivors include his wife, Bernice; a daughter, Barbara; a son, Norb; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave., Libertyville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
