William D. Washington, 71, of Chicago, died March 14 at home. Mr. Washington was a 33-year employee of the Chicago Park District, a CTA driver for seven years, and a disc jockey who worked for radio stations in Chicago and St. Louis for 15 years. His on-air name was Bret Davis. Survivors include five sons, William D. Jr., Robert M., Samuel P., Anthony and Michael. A private service was held Thursday.
