In the March 5 issue of the Tribune, a story appears, “Gacy case appeals grind on.”
Gacy’s lawyers urged a three-judge panel to throw out the conviction (reached 13 years ago) or at least order a new sentencing hearing.
I hope that the Tribune will keep us posted on the identity of the three-judge panel members, and also the names of the attorneys protecting Gacy.
How much has this continued nonsense cost the taxpayers?
Gacy has no right to live.
