– Lockport d. Reavis-Jeff Sandberg (six service aces) and Jeff Schultz and Jon Madsen (four kills apiece) led Lockport to a 15-2, 15-3 victory in its opener.
– Morton d. Shepard-Abraham Arreola tallied nine kills and two service aces to pace Morton (1-1) to its 15-4, 15-6 victory.
