In regards to “Failure Track” on March 28, an unmarried mother raising six children on public aid with their father living away from home because “the kids get on his nerves” is the place to begin preventing the problems.
It is unfair to blame the schools and burden the taxpayers. We must begin by teaching moral and civic responsibilities.
