Distance runner Priscilla Welch, who is battling breast cancer, will be among 3,000 expected for this year’s Y-ME Race Against Breast Cancer next Sunday in Lincoln Park. “Breast cancer is not just a physical battle, but an emotional one as well,” says Welch, 48, who won the women’s masters division in the 1987 New York Marathon at age 42. Two events-a 5-kilometer run and a 2-mile walk-begin at 9 a.m. at Montrose Harbor.
