Aimee Schmidt’s fifth-inning sacrifice fly accounted for the only offense. . . . St. Edward outslugged Montini 15-14 as Jessica Zang drove in six runs with four hits and Julie Payton went 3 for 5 with a homer. . . . Jill O’Donnell tossed a two-hitter and Erin O’ Donnell drove in three runs as Driscoll eliminated Wheaton Christian 13-1 in five innings.
– Ridgewood regional-Laura Signorile’s two-hitter featured 10 strikeouts as Elmwood Park dumped St. Barbara 15-2 in five innings. . . . Ridgewood blanked St. Benedict 13-0 in five innings behind Betsy Kraft’s no-hitter with 10 strikeouts. Liz Rogal doubled, tripled and drove in three runs. . . . Andrea Meisinger drove in two runs at the plate and struck out 10 on the mound in Walther Lutheran’s 15-6 win over Holy Trinity.
– Marian Central regional-Winning pitcher Karen Fite struck out 13 and also had two hits, two stolen bases and three RBIs as Marengo defeated Marian Central 9-3.

– Rich East 4, Crete-Monee 1-Danielle Gladstone set a school record with her 19th victory without a loss for top-ranked Rich East (23-10, 10-0), and helped her cause by going 3 for 4 with an RBI in the SICA South.
– Morton 25, Proviso East 1-Michelle Neuberg and Tammy Pytel each had two-run triples and Neuberg finished 5 for 5 as No. 2 Morton (27-3, 10-1) won the West Suburban Gold game in five innings. Michelle Kobela allowed one hit for her 20th win.
– Downers Grove South 2, Lyons 1-Amy Elza fired a one-hitter and Jaime Bielawski answered Lyons’ unearned run with a two-run homer in the fourth as No. 3 Downers South improved to 26-1.
– Morris 12-10, LaSalle Peru 6-0-Joy Battersby tossed a no-hitter in Game Two for No. 4 Morris.
– Riverside-Brookfield 7, Proviso West 1-No. 5 Riverside-Brookfield won its 27th game without a loss, setting a school mark for wins in a season, as Annette Rebellato struck out nine in her complete-game effort. Sandy Marra drove in two runs with two hits.
– Elgin 6, Larkin 2-Seventh-ranked Elgin (23-3, 22-1) clinched its third straight Upstate Eight title behind Elizabeth Waller’s complete-game effort. Michele Steffen’s bases-loaded single gave Elgin the lead for good in the sixth. Jennifer Keifer and Jamie Skerski added two hits apiece.
– Lincoln-Way 10, Providence 4-Traci Conrad was 4 for 5 and Kelly Bergin went 3 for 4 to spark No. 10 Lincoln-Way (24-3).
– Carmel 5, Trinity 3-Bridgette Johnson’s grand slam powered Carmel.
– Hinsdale South 10, Addison Trail 4-Misty Soderholm went 2 for 3 with an RBI to lead Hinsdale South (20-7, 7-5) in the West Suburban Gold.
– Johnsburg 10, Grant 3-Johnsburg won its 34th consecutive regular-season game as Lorrie Hurckes drove in four runs on four hits and Lynette Regner added a two-run triple. Johnsburg is 17-0, 15-0 in Northwest Suburban play.
– Lane 27, Foreman 3-Winning pitcher Nina Rosen also had four hits and five RBIs and Joanne Haralampopoulos drove in six runs for Lane.
– Mundelein 15, North Chicago 1-Winning pitcher Lindsey Prezell scored two runs and Tiffany Campbell drove in two runs as Mundelein (23-4, 15-1) won the North Suburban game in five innings.
– New Trier 16, Niles West 3-Megan O’Connor’s two-run triple and Carley Riley’s three-hitter led New Trier (20-6) to the five-inning victory.
– Oswego 4, Ottawa 0-Denise Ainsworth’s two-run homer and Amy Mullner’s solo shot backed Amber Cavender’s five-hitter for Oswego (17-9).
– Round Lake 16, Grayslake 1-Shannon Zink pitched a five-inning no-hitter and Monica Miszewski drove in six runs with two triples and a double for Round Lake (13-5, 12-3 in Northwest Suburban).
– St. Charles 15, De Kalb 4-Kristin Guidish drove in five runs and Stephanie Simon added two RBIs for St. Charles (14-17, 9-14) in the Upstate Eight.
– Warren 6, Antioch 1-Jill Chumbley tossed a two-hitter for Warren (13-8, 9-7 in North Suburban).

– Downers Grove South 2, Hinsdale Central 1-Julie Wilde and Allison Husarik scored as No. 1 Downers Grove South (19-0, 10-0) won its fourth West Suburban Conference title in the last five years.
– Naperville North 8, Glenbard East 0-No. 2 Naperville North (16-0-4, 6-0-1) closed its Du Page Valley season tied with Naperville Central as Jen Moore led seven scorers with two goals. Robin Newmann and Heather Ory led the defensive effort as keeper Karyn Kowaleski faced no shots.
– Naperville Central 7, West Chicago 0-Kate Jerman scored two goals to become the school’s all-time leading goal scorer with 43 for No. 9 Naperville Central (14-4-2, 6-0-1) in the Du Page Valley.
– Carmel 4, Marillac 1-Jessica Narajowski and Laura Sturgeon scored two goals apiece for Carmel (12-4-3, 7-0-1) in the GCAC.
– Glenbard North 6, Glenbard South 0-Valerie Pourch had four goals and Keila Almazan had five saves for her fifth shutout. Jackie Gradus and Taylor Bolen also scored.
– Glenbard West 1, Downers Grove North 0-Stephanie Skotarczak scored and Katie Sirks recorded her seventh shutout in the West Suburban game.
– Lake Forest 3, Mundelein 0-Julie Chantcer scored twice and Vicki Uremovich once for Lake Forest (15-1-4) in the North Suburban. Lauren Tobey made five saves.
– Maine South 2, Evanston 0-Maine South (15-5, 11-0) completed its second consecutive undefeated Central Suburban season on goals by Kate Reynolds and Andrea Berthold. Cari Schuler recorded her seventh shutout.
– Oak Park 1, Lyons 0-Ann Mullarkey assisted Alice Lurain 72 minutes into the game and Julie Lind stopped six shots for her ninth shutout for Oak Park (10-6-1).
