Frederick C. Cue, 53, senior vice president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association for the last 10 years, died Thursday in Hinsdale. Mr. Cue, a 10-year resident of Hinsdale, was president of Fullersburg Historic and Preservation Foundation, former president of the Hinsdale Historical Society and a former member of the Hinsdale Plan Commission. He is survived by his parents, Frederick and Barbara Cue; his wife, Elaine; a son, Bradley; and a daughter, Melissa. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Union Church of Hinsdale, 137 S. Garfield Ave.
SARAH LEE GERRISH
Sarah Lee Gerrish, 64, of Evanston, executive editor of Packaging Digest and a business magazine editor for 40 years, died Monday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. The recipient of two Jesse Neal awards for editorial excellence, she was a past director of the Packaging Institute, now the Institute of Packaging Professionals, and the Women’s Advertising Club of Chicago. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 2120 Lincoln St., Evanston.
