Noemi Flores, an 18-year-old senior at Whitney M. Young High School, is on her way to Harvard University this fall with a $20,000 four-year scholarship from Youth Service Project, a Humboldt Park-area civic organization. Flores, who has a 4.73 weighted grade point average, will study politics and literature at Harvard.
