Sheldon B. Rubin, 59, a certified public accountant, died Friday in Lutheran General Hospital. Mr. Rubin was president of S.B.R. Ltd., a Lincolnwood accounting firm. Mr. Rubin is survived by his wife, Judith; a daughter, Sheryl Bretl; a son, Joel; and a sister. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 9200 Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
