David E. Lewis, 53, a Brookfield resident and former Chicago trucking company dispatcher, died Thursday in an auto accident in Wisconsin. Mr. Davis was born in Iron River, Mich., and graduated from Iron River High School in 1958. He later served in the Army. He worked for 25 years for Indianhead Trucking in Chicago and later became a self-employed truck driver. Survivors include his parents, Emmett and Marie Lewis, and a brother. Services will be held Tuesday in Iron River.
