The ramp from the westbound Eisenhower Expressway to westbound Roosevelt Road and the southbound Tri-State Tollway is scheduled to be closed for bridge work during the early morning hours Tuesday through Friday.
Placement of new bridge girders as part of the Tri-State widening and reconstruction project will require closing the ramp from 12:01 to 5 a.m. on the four days, according to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.
Additionally, southbound Tri-State traffic on Tuesday is scheduled to get a fifth automatic lane at the Cermak Road toll plaza in Oak Brook.
Southbound motorists will have five manual and five automatic lanes to choose from., a configuration that will be in effect until mid-October, the tollway authority said.
