Occupation: Actor.
Birthday: Sept. 27, 1969.
Birthplace: San Pedro, Calif.
Current home: Burbank, Calif.
Marital status: Single.
Car: A 1983 black Mercedes-Benz 300.
Working on: I play Austin Reed on “Days of Our Lives.”
The last good movie I saw was: “Jurassic Park.” As a little kid, I was fascinated by dinosaurs, and this fulfilled my childhood fantasy of seeing a live one.
What I’ve been reading: “Hamlet.” I have to do a scene from it for my final exam in acting class. It’s tearing my brain apart, it’s so confusing.
Favorite pigout food: Pepperoni-and-pineapple pizza. It’s a California thing.
Prized possessions: My two Rose Bowl rings. I played in two Rose Bowls for the University of Southern California. I hide them under a big stack of clothes, but I look at them all the time.
Personal hero: Muhammad Ali. He transcended the sport of boxing. He lived with no fear, did what he wanted and stood by what he believed in.
Every New Year’s I resolve: To keep an organizer and record things like mileage for tax reasons. I do it in January and February, start to tail off in the middle of March and by April, I’ve quit.
Nobody knows I: Have a collection of comic books that I started when I was a little kid.
I’ve never been able to: Get a “six-pack” in my stomach. Those are the well-defined stomach muscles that models always have, but I can’t get them no matter how much I work out.
I’m better than anyone else when it comes to: Knowing the music from the early ’60s, especially the doo-wop stuff.
My fantasy is: I’m negotiating my 10-picture deal with Warner Bros.
Behind my back, my friends say: “He’s too uptight.”
If I weren’t an actor: I’d be in law school.
If I’ve learned one thing in life, it’s: Nothing comes easy.
When people first meet me, they think: “He has a big nose.”
Three words that best describe me: A hard worker.
