Construction on a new bridge on Prospect Avenue over Spring Brook will begin this month, with completion expected next summer.
The $1.6 million project will require Prospect Avenue to be restricted to one lane of traffic during some construction periods. Prospect, in the area near the proposed bridge, is to be reconstructed next summer under a separate contract.
