Woodland Inc., developer of Riverbrook Estates in southwest suburban Joliet, has opened an on-site sales office on Theodore Street, one-half mile west of Illinois Highway 59 and just north of U.S. Highway 52.
The 156-acre subdivision is planned for 508 homesites, with city sewer and water connections. The sites are available to home builders or individual home buyers for $32,500 to $41,500.
Four local builders-Masterpiece Homes, Tristel Construction Inc., USA Homes and Paradise Builders-have purchased sites within Riverbrook Estates and will offer homes with 1,380 to 2,300 square feet of living space.
