As a visitor from Germany and a participant of the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago, I am troubled that your paper represented this wonderful conference in terms of strife and discord. The overwhelming majority of events took place in a spirit of harmony and love, a true yearning for peace and unity. This Parliament is a milestone in the worldwide effort towards peace. I regret that the biased report in your paper misrepresented this fact. It does harm to an excellent cause.
