Cecelia E. Carr, 91, of Vernon Hills, died Friday in Libertyville Manor nursing home in Libertyville. She was born in Toledo. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Clark; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Mass was said Monday in Indian Creek.
