As more Americans die in Somalia, it becomes more apparent that Bill Clinton has neglected his role as commander-in-chief of our armed forces. He seems content to let the United Nations call the shots instead of taking control of the situation. He has yet to explain what vital American interest is at stake in Somalia. He is too concerned with his domestic agenda to pay any attention to his foreign policy duties.
