Gerald Lichner, 51, of Libertyville, an employee of the R.B. Hayward Co., Schiller Park, died Sunday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; a son, Tod; a daughter, Kristy Nelson; and a brother. Services were held Wednesday.
