The headline in your Nov. 2 edition states that “Hillary Clinton bashes insurers.” It refers to an ad I have seen on television where it is noted that there are spending caps in the Clinton health care plan and asks the question, “What happens if our health plan runs out of money?” Mrs. Clinton criticizes the insurance industry for running the ad but never answers the question.

I would like to know what does happen if a health plan runs out of money? Will access to health care be denied? Will care be rationed? I would like to see Mrs. Clinton answer the question rather than criticize those who ask it.
